  2. first part



    Whence comes the evil

    Since its existence, man has always struggled to survive in searching for food in nature and ensuring its security. After the hunt, man has tamed agriculture and began to cultivate the land. He experienced first plants that produce seeds nourishing, such as grains and legumes and other seeds, he found they do him good. It is difficult to predict or even imagine the number of varieties of cereals, vegetables, fruit and other plant products, whose nature contained in thousands. The extinction of the noblest and most susceptible to disease or weather conditions like drought, did we end up now with very few species and varieties, to the point where we are heading towards the end of their disappearance total. Nutrition was based on good quality meats such as game and grazing animals. Note that red meat was the fact that animals were not imprisoned in stables, but left free in nature. Good meat quality, with the physical effort of man providing for its food, were the two main factors to prevent all metabolic diseases related to nutrition such as obesity, hypertension, diabetes, cancers, and many other diseases related to diet. But every age has its problems, the man again soufrait of microbial diseases, especially infectious and epidemic diseases, like cholera, typhoid, malaria, tuberculosis etc. ..


    Cereals were the basis of nutrition of our ancestors, meat even abundant at the time, was a food exceptions or occasions like ceremonies and parties. Consumption of meat was secondary. Cereals and legumes made up with dried fruit (dates, raisins, figs, etc. ..) and olive oil, the basic scheme of humanity. There were of course other foods collected from nature or prepared by man. One thing is certain, is that the grains were ground coarsely, and eaten whole without removal of the sound. The fruits were consumed more than vegetables, because they existed abundantly and vegetables demanded an effort to get them. Note that vegetables and fruits were seasonal and natural, chemical treatments at the time were neither known nor indeed justifiable. This had the great advantage of using the compounds with medicinal properties, such as flavonoids in large quantities to prevent the decrease in the body's immunity. Vegetables and green leaves were also eaten in sufficient quantities to make the fiber, chlorophyll, vitamins and minerals, and also represented an important component in the diet of man. Conservation techniques were natural, such as drying in hot regions and Saharan and fermentations. The fat used was olive oil, butter animal form SAMN (a type of fermented and salted butter) and fat. Our era, especially the period after war was characterized by two major changes over time:

The human body can not store nitrogen, and if a daily intake of exogenous nitrogen can meet the needs of the body, it draws nitrogen from endogenous protein in which the doldrums. We started recommending protein consumption, but does not specify that the designation "protein" was not the meat. The fight against evil nutrition is summarized in the consumption of meat or animal protein. All food nutrition strategies have focused on the production of meat. Consumption of cereals has been heavily criticized, and was even associated with underdevelopment. It was the biggest mistake known in this century after World War II. Yes, but good nutrition to fatten man, only we did not realize that ultimately, it was a feeder, but the "modern" medicine has preferred the term obesity for fattening, as that term is reserved for animals. The fat man became obese, diabetic, hypertensive, not to mention cancer and allergies. consumption of meat had become so sacred, as if it were described among the ten commandments of the Bible. Consumption of meat was the only requirement to avoid bad nutrition, at least according to the medicine of the time, but the consumption of fiber and antioxidants decreased, especially soluble fiber, resulting in a physiological imbalance worse than bad nutrition. The occurrence of physiological diseases related to overeating has taken the place of other classical diseases. The development of obesity, hypertension, diabetes, cancer, allergies, increased cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood, cardiovascular disease, hormonal disorders, etc.. . are related diseases overnutrition and the nature of the food. So we escaped the bad nutrition but had fallen in overnutrition. The second phase or phase of the fiber is also called the phase: After noting that the physiological and metabolic diseases have reached alarming levels, and after shown that excessive consumption of meat has caused incurable diseases, we have already mentioned, researchers have begun to remedy this situation by encouraging people to increase consumption of fiber, and reduce consumption of meat. After the error of meat, is another more serious than the previous errors, that of exaggeration in hygiene. To heal a body we must stop near his injuries and destruction. Diseases due to a physiological imbalances can be treated by hormonal or chemical procedures.   5. Detoxification of the body
